TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM
The goal of our Transitional Living Program is to provide young women, primarily Project Return graduates, with a less structured environment that allows for increased freedom, more responsibility and affordable housing. This transitional living experience is offered for those young women who have demonstrated a mastery of independent living skills, clinical and educational goals. Case managers assigned to each girl provide guidance, support, and oversight to each resident. Each participant checks in daily and receives staff assistance with money management, employment, school issues, and relationship/roommate problems.
